“Bach is walking”: The Belarusian musicians Olga Podgaiskaya (organ) and Vitali Appow (soprano saxophone) present the musical program »Bach is walking«. It features compositions by Podgaiskaya, created during and after the peaceful revolution in Belarus, reflecting on the events that took place from 2020 to 2022, alongside works by J.S. Bach. The program portrays the soundscape Bach might have heard had he found himself in Minsk during those days, surrounded by an atmosphere of fear, anxiety, and happiness.
