How did the people in Ukraine experience the outbreak of war – how did they survive? How do they deal with war today? How is it even possible to have a day-to-day life in war? The texts by Ukrainian poets and authors speak of pain and grief, but also of the impressive resilience and solidarity of people in war. They are contrasted with the music of outstanding Ukrainian artists who fled to Berlin after the outbreak of war.
