„Contemporary History of Ukraine #18“ (CHU) is an installation by the Ukraininan film maker Oksana Kazmina. Starting with a history of Kyiv's underground scene, the project developed into an open collection of material that tells of crisis-ridden life in contemporary Ukraine.
After the film screening of ‘Between Revolutions’ and the subsequent audience discussion, we want to bring the festival to a close with chats, laugther and shared time with everybody who participated.
To mark the 15th anniversary of the foundation, we welcome contemporary witnesses, musicians and our Chairman of the Board of Trustees Burkhard Jung to the Nikolai Church and dare to build a bridge between 1989 and the challenges of the present day
