Roman Koval worked at Truth Hounds since 2018, documenting war crimes, running communications and now investigating. Truth Hounds is a team of human rights specialists that has been working since 2014 to bring justice to victims of international crimes committed in Ukraine. We document violations of international humanitarian law, collect testimonies of victims and other compelling evidence, and assist with investigations of international crimes committed in the context of the armed conflict in Ukraine.
