Speaker 2023 – Mariana Karkoutly
Mariana Karkoutly, currently works as a legal investigator with Huquqyat, with whom she supports the development of case-files pertaining to war crimes and crimes against humanity committed in Syria. Mariana has a BA in Law, an MA in Social Work as a Human Rights Profession and an MA in Social and Political Science and is a senior fellow with Humanity in Action. Mariana is also a co-founder and a chair of the board of directors at Huquqyat and a board member with GEM (Guardians of Equality Movement).
